Happy birthday Hayley and Logan

Happy 5th birthday to Hayley and 3rd birthday to Logan.  How much they have grown this past year! We had 19 kids show up to their party despite another huge winter storm to jump and play on the Saturday between their birthdays.
Hayley is loving designing with magnatiles, playing minecraft in creative mode and spawning many cats, zombies, and planting beautiful gardens.  She's starting to read some words, enjoys swimming, and wants to always sit by and play with her big brother Evan.  Her teacher informed me recently that she has a great ability to focus and creatively design when building structures (which she is always building for tiny animals) and would not be surprised if she was a future engineer.
Logan is still a bit skeptical about going to school (he cheers the mornings he doesn't go!).  His teacher says he is very sweet, always helping her clean up with out being asked, and although shy to a degree plays well with the other kids.  He loves playing superhero legos on the PS4, he's starting to get attached to the fuzzy brown 'dog' blanket we got him for Christmas, he still loves being carried (I don't blame him with the snow being as high as it is in Michigan this year!), he likes wrestling and tumbling, and playing with 'see' and Evan.  He also has some great dance moves.
Happy birthday to my two winter babies!

I have to mention, we got the most adorable guinea pig outfits from Aunt Barb and Uncle Jim.  Hilariously cute!
