More of my cuties!

I can't believe summer is almost over. We haven't had a lot of hot weather, but that has been fine by me (as the kids have been really comfortable outside.) I am hopeful we will have a nice long and pleasant fall before snow starts falling!!!
The kids are great. Evan is starting to become pretty comfortable around the water at the lake. He will jump in (off the dock steps into a few inches of water) and wade around and loves running everywhere (like always!) He is my doer, always wanting to climb things and adventure into new places and find other kids to play with. If he could have his way he'd be outside all of the time and probably with Nana too, as he asks me every morning "want to go to the lake cottage with me today?" Mike calls Hayley our "thinker" as she is very content watching and learning from Evan (and I'm sure she wonders why he does half the stuff he does!) We had one of those cool connection moments with her recently as she will now clap her hands when you say "Yay!" She is really a happy baby and I personally think she is just so incredibly cute (along with her brother of course!)

Here are some recent pictures. We've been lucky enough to spend a lot of time at the lake this summer and we get to see Nana and Papa a lot and one weekend we saw Amy, Klint, and Bev too!
