This weekend Mike and I actually got to see a movie while grandma and grandpa babysat! Evan also got to meet some of the neighborhood kids and I am sure he will become good friends with them in the future.
As Evan is almost 6 months, here are a few facts about what he is up to right now:
Evan is starting to sit up briefly unassisted (for about 20 seconds :) ) and is very chatty when he is with people he knows. Although he has plenty of toys he does usually prefer playing with spoons and tupperware (and his wiffle ball). I should also report that he is still not sleeping through the night as I get that question quite a lot. He goes to bed around 8:45 and is usually up at 1ish, 4ish and 6ish to eat but he almost always sleeps until 7:45 (7:15 at the lake!). I am well aware that aparently everyone else's baby miraculously slept through the night at 6 weeks so you do not need to comment about it in the comments section! :) Evan has a very pleasant personality and loves to smile at people. He is also extrodiarially cute, as you can see in the below pictures.
