Universal Portofino Hotel

We stayed three nights at Loews Portofino Bay insite in Orlando. The first day was 80 and sunny and we stayed at the pool the entire day!  It was definately a highlight!  The pool had a sand beach that went into a zero entry pool and a cool waterslide on a tower in the center. They had some fun kid events that Evan won a smoothie in (red light green light) and Logan put on a life jacket and was the last one out of the pool at the end of the day. Hayley is my fish and enjoyed swimming under the waterfall with her goggles, and we all enjoyed the smoothies and various beverage they were happy to serve us. 

The kids all did the waterslide (even Logan, who wore my sunglasses to keep the various water fountains out of his eyes) and I went down a few times myself. 

The building had fun Italian themed layout and delicious Italian food. 

The hotel also had a water ferry that went to City Walk and Universal Studios.
